ABOUT ME:

Teaching scuba diving is what I LOVE TO DO! I am truly blessed to introduce the underwater world to others. Since dropping below the water for the first time , back in the summer of 1986, I have developed a true passion for the sport of scuba diving. I was introduced to the training organization known as NAUI, National Association of Underwater Instructors, in the summer of 2006.  I became a NAUI Divemaster in March 2007 and an Instructor in March 2009. I am currently on staff at Scuba Steve's Aquatic Adventures in Tyler Texas, teaching classes ranging from Open Water Scuba Diver through Divemaster. My favorite class to teach is Open Water Scuba Diver. My main goal in this class is to have my students achieve a level of proficiency which will allow them to be SAFE and have FUN. If it's not SAFE and it's not FUN , we don't do it!
